Job overview

The Governors of our successful Catholic school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to work under the guidance of teaching staff to support individual students and groups of students.

We offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere and a strong established team. The position will be working 30 hours per week. The start and finish times to be agreed. 

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful  candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

The information from the checks enables you to pinpoint effective practice and where further improvements are needed. There is a well-thought-out programme of training and support for teachers that focuses on individual and whole-school priorities.
