We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team at Foxford School as a Teaching Assistant, (Student Support Facilitator). In this role you will be providing academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups of students within the school, some of whom will have Special Educational Needs. You will provide a specialism in behaviour support to enable our students to achieve their best, as well as covering for lessons when teachers are absent.

You should already have experience of working with children and have an understanding of how to motivate students to learn. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here. Students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices.
