** Immediate Start -full time **

Following the admission of a new student, we require an experienced support staff member to join this school as an additional member of the class team.

You will support transition into school with this KS2 student part of the time, as well as working with the rest of the class as required.

Specific training or experience working with children or young people on the autistic spectrum is essential, as well as relevant skills in a TA role previously.

You will have relevant experience working in a school setting or the wider community with young people or adults who display signs of Autism. This role is challenging and only suitable for candidates with experience.

This temporary vacancy could become permanent in time and we require a staff member who is available full time and able to provide consistency and stability from January 2018.

Previous Team Teach Training is highly advantageous, however Vision offers FREE training for qualifying candidates.

Working hours are 8.45-3.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to attend meetings.

Relevant experience is a must for this role due to the challenges involved with the students.

Please apply with your CV detailing relevant experience to our SEND team in Huddersfield. We look forward to hearing from you.
