Job overview

Manor Croft Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.  You will work under the direct instruction of teacher/support staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.  

Hours: 28.5 hours per week / 5 days per week / term time only (38 weeks) / permanent

The successful candidate will:

· Have good communication skills

· Be able to build constructive relationships with all stakeholders

· Have previous experience of working with young people in a school setting
