Job overview

We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to join our Learning Support Department from September 2017 to assist students with special educational needs in the classroom. 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • enthusiastic and who has good communication skills
  • able to work flexibly and as part of a team, building relationships with students and staff
  • able to demonstrate initiative and be sensitive to the needs of children with a range of special educational needs.

Candidates must have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths grades A-C.

The posts are for 37 hours per week (8am - 4pm), term-time only + 1 INSET and the salary will be on Grade 4 (Points 11 to 13), £15,807 to £16,491 per annum

Actual Salary Payable: £13,199.03 – £13,770.17 per annum
