Teaching Assistant (Level 1)

Required asap for 20 hours per week

for general level 1 Teaching Assistant duties in our school nursery.

Salary range £25212 - £26472 depending on experience, pro-rated 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Do you want to be part of an outstanding team making a real difference for our nursery children? We are looking for a teaching assistant to support our children be the best they can be. The role will involve teaching assistant duties as per the job specification with this advert to support learning and wellbeing. You will also be required to supervise lunch and playtimes on a rota.

We would like to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant who:

• Is passionate about children’s learning and has a good understanding of the curriculum;
•  Have excellent communication skill and the patience and resilience needed for this role
• Is reliable, punctual and flexible;
• Would further support the Christian ethos of the school;
• Has knowledge of supporting children’s emotional needs
