Teaching Assistant Role: 

IN THE CLASSROOM:

  • Support students 
  • Work with teachers to deliver parts of lessons 
  • Develop students literacy and numeracy skills
  • Support students confidence and effort 

SUPPORTING THE ACCESS AND ACHIEVEMENT TEAM: 

  • Design and develop resources 
  • Help with examination administration 
  • Support all subject areas in delivering the best outcomes 

WHOLE SCHOOL: 

  • Receive Professional Development  
  • Participate in Extended Learning Experiences on and off site 
  • Support the day to day life of a vibrant, innovative and high performing school
