Highfields Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our academy team in September 2020 on a temporary basis for one year.  To work under the direct instruction of teacher/support staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.  The job will involve working 1-2-1 with a pupil for part of the week and then supporting the wider class for the remaining time.  

Hours:  27.5 hours per week over 5 days/ Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks)/ Temporary for 1 year
