Teaching Assistant Level 1, Grade 2

Ladybarn Primary wishes to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and talented teaching assistant to join the Nursery team supporting children individually and small groups, inside and outside, supporting learning, social and pastoral development. This is a temporary contract commencing 1st January 2018 and ending 31st August 2018.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. 

Strong literacy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process.

A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential.

Level 1, Grade 2 £15,639 pro rata, term time only equates to apx £13,407 per annum

First assessment date: 24th November 2017

Second assessment/interview: 1st December 2017

This position is subject to 2 professional references and DBS clearance.
