Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team at the Radclyffe School.

You will join a busy team committed to supporting some of our most vulnerable students. You will mainly support in classes across all subjects, assisting students who need extra help or direction. Over time you will have the opportunity to do more specialised support. Our policy is to develop you to be ‘Level 3 ready’. We are committed to ‘growing our own’. As well as being literate and numerate with a minimum GCSE Grade C / 4 grade or above in both English and Maths (or the equivalent), the role requires excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly.
