The Radclyffe School is seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in achieving their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers to support learning, track progress, and deliver targeted interventions, particularly for pupils with SEND.

 

The purpose of this role is to:

·         Support planned learning activities under the direction of the class teacher

·         Assist with monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress

·         Provide feedback on learning, behaviour, and engagement

·         Deliver and support targeted SEND interventions

·         Support the use of Provision Maps, Pupil Passports, APDR documents, and EHCP guidance

·         Contribute to accurate record keeping and progress tracking

·         Assist with marking and use of the Graduated Approach where appropriate

·         Act as a Personal Learning Guide (PLG) in line with school policy

This position will be based at Radclyffe School, but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
