About the role

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our team at Wickersley Partnership Trust. You will be responsible for supporting students in class and delivering 1-1 interventions tailored for students’ individual needs. Our ideal candidates will be able to promote positive behaviour and suggest and implement activities which will help develop pupils' social skills and self-discipline.  You should enjoy working with young people and have good communication skills.  A minimum of Mathematics and English GCSE grade 4/C is required and a Teaching Assistant

qualification would be an advantage.

Rawmarsh Community School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school without sixth form situated in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It reopened as an academy in August 2014 and is supported by a multi-academy trust called Wickersley Partnership Trust, an exempt charity that supports nine primary and secondary schools and is regulated by the Secretary of State for Education. 

A smaller than average secondary school, Rawmarsh provides 1,075 places for students between the ages of 11 and 16 when fully subscribed.
