Teaching Assistant in the Learning Support Department

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to join the Learning Support Department.

Sacred Heart is an outstanding, high performing school. We have high expectations for all our pupils including those with special educational needs. We are seeking to appoint a confident teaching assistant to join our supportive department and support pupils with a range of special educational needs throughout the school. Ideally you should be a graduate but most importantly you will need to be enthusiast, ready to learn and take on responsibility quickly and show an interest in working with pupils with SEN. 

The successful candidate should have;

· Excellent communication skills

· High expectations for all pupils 

· An ability to learn very quickly 

· A willingness to take the role further by getting involved in the wider community of the school.

Standards are high and we strive for excellence.
