Heathcote School is an 11 – 18 School that has a new Headteacher and a new vision. We are looking to recruit qualified and talented Teaching Assistants to work with pupils and staff to support in class and implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups with special educational needs. 

The successful candidate will be a strong practitioner who understands the demands of pupils with a wide range of special needs, liaising with teachers to establish an appropriate learning environment for those pupils requiring support. You will be working with and supported by an experienced team of teachers and leaders, Teaching Assistants and HI Communicators. We have a new SENDCO in post who is absolutely committed to the professional growth of TAs and the development of a forward looking and happy team. The position will suit those with a desire to develop a career as a teacher.
