Teaching Assistant

Tiger Primary School is an exciting new school, which has been rated Good by Ofsted in all areas.  Set in a new open-plan building, we are now have an opportunity to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with our children.   

The role may suit someone who is Level 3 qualified and currently working within a nursery setting as well as those with primary school experience. It is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and highly supportive group of dedicated people. At Tiger we work in an innovative way which allows for teachers to team teach within plazas, with teaching assistants working alongside as part of a year group team. Within this style of teaching you have the amazing opportunity to work alongside 2 teachers as well as at least two other TAs.     

The hours for the role are 8:30am until 3:30pm. We would like to welcome a proactive, flexible, positive and motivated TA, who has a can do attitude.     

We are very proud of our welcoming atmosphere within the school and as such, have been over-subscribed since opening in 2012.  We are lucky to have very supportive parents and confident, well behaved and delightful children to teach – something that Ofsted praised us for.   As a school, we value everybody’s opinion and welcome forward thinking ideas to help move the school to Outstanding.
