Smallwood Primary School is an expanding school, with a Language Resource Base and Children’s Centre, conveniently situated close to Earlsfield mainline station and Tooting Broadway underground. We are a rapidly improving school and need enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants to continue our forward momentum. Our most recent OFSTED inspection (2014) describes us as ‘a good school with outstanding leadership’.

We are passionate about the education of our children, continuous professional development of all staff and a strong partnership with parents and the wider community.

You will be a calm, patient and resourceful individual who will be able to respond positively to the challenges of working with pupils of all abilities within a mainstream class. You will also join our team of lunchtime supervisors to ensure the safety, well-being and good behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime break.
