Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. You must have as a minimum 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and maths.
Contract dates
Starting just at the end of November, Vision for Education are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to join a friendly school in the High Peak area.
The role
As a teaching assistant you will listen to pupils read and read to pupils as a class, group or one-to-one monitor and record pupils' progress and provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers. You must be able to carry out administrative duties, such as preparing the classroom and clearing away after class to ensure effective teaching can take place.

Requirements
To be considered for the teaching assistant position, you will have:
• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
• Will have recent experience working in Early years
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
