Vision for Education are working with a primary school in Suffolk to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, to start in January 2022. Working a full-time basis but part time would be considered for the right candidate. 

The role

The school are looking for a creative and hardworking Teaching Assistant, ideally with experience of working with primary age children. Supporting the class teacher to maintain a fun and engaging learning environment, this a varied role that will include full class support, small group interventions and occasional 1-to-1 work as required.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Have experience working in a primary school 

• Holding a Level 2/3  childcare qualification is desirable but not essential

• Have excellent behaviour management skills

• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
