Willows Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our academy September 2022 on a temporary basis for one year. 


Salary: Grade C Points 4 - 6 

(£19,264 - £20,043 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata


The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £13,434.79


Hours:  30 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days / Temporary until 31st August 2023


Willows Academy may be a smaller than average primary academy but it has a very big heart! Our children are amazing and we are a team of enthusiastic, passionate and caring staff, who are welcoming, friendly and keen to support and develop any new comers to our family. 


We have been on a huge journey of improvement from being in Special Measures, prior to converting to be an academy, to receiving our first ‘Good’ grading in 2015, which we retained during our Section 8 Inspection in March 2019.
