Job overview
We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our existing Inclusion team. As an experienced Teaching Assistant you will be extremely well organised, IT literate and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. It would be advantageous to be qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent and have experience of supporting students with specific needs.
Teaching Assistants work as part of a team within the Academy to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs, under the direction of class teachers and the inclusion co-ordinator.
