Teaching Assistant - Numeracy
35 hrs – Term Time only
Salary Grade 3 (£16,781 - £17,772 pro rata)
We are looking to appoint a TA with specialism in Numeracy to advance pupils’ learning in a range of classroom settings, including working with individuals and small groups. You will be required to support with numeracy programmes and also general class work.
The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistants qualification and have significant experience of working with 11-16 yrs students in a learning environment. It is essential that you have a good understanding of student development and learning processes, you have excellent behaviour management skills, good communications skills and the ability to contribute to the process of monitoring and review of student progress.

We are unashamedly focused on the educational outcomes of our students and deem that our students deserve to achieve the very best grades that they are capable of. We believe that this is the whole point of running a great school and we are exceedingly proud that we achieve this by taking a truly child centred approach. Our students are the most important people in our building!
