We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant to join our inclusion team. Teaching Assistants work with different students in a range of faculties. Experience of the 11-16 age range is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- the ability to support and motivate students
- the ability to identify potential barriers to learning
- relevant experience in working with young people (desirable)
- the ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team and individually
- good literacy and numeracy skills
