Salary Grade: OXFNJC D - TA / OXFNJC B - MDSA

Salary Band: £3,207 - £3,271 pa for TA  /  £1,501 - £1,531 pa for MDSA

Location: West Kidlington Primary School

Contract Type: Term Time 

Contract Term: Fixed Term until 31 August 2022

Hours: TA - 7.5 per week, plus 3.75 per week as MDSA

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant within a Primary School setting?

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Teaching Assistant who is either ready to work, or has already got exemplary experience working on a 1:1 basis with Primary aged children who require that extra support.

Our ideal candidate will be


An excellent Teaching Assistant who is adaptable and loves working with children on a personal one to one basis, helping to inspire them to achieve high standards and realise their potential;

Has experience of working with children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties;

A great team player who can work successfully in collaboration with others and contribute towards the school ethos and its school improvement activities;

Someone who enjoys a challenge and can bring the vision, passion and drive to raise standards in all aspects of your appointed pupil’s school life;

Be fully committed to working collaboratively with the wider school community and across the Federation;

Able to positively promote inclusion.
