The successful candidate will:

• Have a warm, caring, nurturing personality with a friendly disposition.

• Be enthusiastic, flexible and organised with excellent communication skills and initiative.

• Be able to develop positive relationships with children and parents.

• Be able to work alongside our teachers, pastoral team, parents and outside agencies to support children’s learning and progress  

• Have experience of working in Early Years

• Have experience of leading Read Write Inc. sessions

• Be able to support pupils in development skills in independence, self-confidence, and social interaction.

• Have high expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour.
