Teaching Assistant

The Bluecoat School is a primary school situated on the northern side of Stamford and is currently rated ‘Outstanding’ by OfSTED.

We are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly committed staff team.

The successful candidate will:

• be patient, caring, creative and motivated. They will be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. 

• ensure that all children have access to a vibrant learning environment and a curriculum that meets each child’s individual needs. 

Experience with supporting children with  SEND is essential as is experience of supporting or teaching phonics to groups of children.
