Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy (LHEA) is a state-funded non-selective, all-ability, non-denominational secondary school. We are seeking to appoint efficient, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to work with young people in our busy school. You will be approachable, calm, caring but firm, have good ICT skills and may have experience of working with teachers and supporting students. A high standard of literacy and numeracy is essential for this post, as is the enthusiasm to help raise the achievement of students. A willingness to undertake a PE/Sports mentoring would be an advantage.
