Vision for Education is looking to appoint a  Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a large sized primary school in Stockton - on - Tees. This is a long-term Teaching Assistant (TA) role, which will involve working across both Key Stage One (KS1) and Key Stage Two (KS2), upto Year 4.  The vacancy will commence in Spetember 2020 and run until Christmas at  least. 

The role

Working as part of a forward thinking  team, the successful Teaching Assistant (TA) will focus on delivering tailored support across Key Stage One (KS1) and Key Stage Two (KS2). The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within these key stages, a fun personality and a desire to make a lasting and positive impression on the children within their care. Ideally the candidate will have recent expirenece of supporting up to Year 4. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering intervention. This would be a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:00.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are to hold Level 2 or above childcare relevant qualification and have recent experience of working in a school. NQTs are welcome to apply.

Requirements

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant (TA) position, you will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare

• Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant across the Key Stages

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
