Vision for Education are working with local Primary schools across York to recruit enthusiastic and diligent Teaching Assistant for a variety of placements. We are looking for flexible and hardworking practitioners, willing to work across Key Stages to provide consistent and effective classroom support.
The successful Teaching Assistants (TA). They will carry out general Teaching Assistant (TA) duties, as well as having the opportunity to work in 1 to 1 and mainstream SEND environments.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA) you must be willing to:
-Support the values and aims of the school
-Encourage children’s learning and ensure progression
-Be able to build rapport with the children and adults alike
-Work as part of team, but show initiative when required
