We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated individual who will share our vision of having the highest expectations for our students, while providing them with individually tailored support.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection judged all aspects of our provision as ‘Good’ and noted that ‘Relationships at the centre are very positive. Instances of poor behaviour are very rare and [students have] high levels of respect and tolerance for each other.’
The post holder will support small groups of year 8 & 9 students in our dedicated KS3 section. These students follow a varied curriculum including core academic subjects as well as more practical options such as Catering and PE and a range of off-site learning opportunities.
The successful applicant will join a small, supportive staff team, and have access to professional supervision.
