Job overview
Mayflower is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is keen to develop their skills, working with children who have a variety of additional needs. You will be joining a committed team of Teaching Assistants who work closely with their teaching teams.
We need an exceptional Teaching Assistant who has high expectations of themselves and of all learners, with an inclusive approach that motivates all.
