We are looking for suitably qualified Teaching Assistant who will be able to support our students learning and raising attainment to achieve the highest grades. You will provide individual assistance to ensure access to learning across the curriculum, and assist in personal care tasks.
The post holder is required to have good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum Level 4 GCSE Maths and English) and must be committed to contributing to improving the achievement and attainment of our students, and to supporting students with disabilities and learning difficulties.

Oaklands is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in East London. It is a community state school as well as a NSS (National Support School] that provides support to other schools. A smaller than average secondary school, it will provide 850 places for secondary and sixth form students between the ages of 11-18, when fully subscribed.
