Job overview

We are looking to appoint an individual who is able to demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase achievement of all students.  You will be able to promote and facilitate inclusion, use effective behaviour management strategies, communicate effectively and sensitively and maintain a safe learning environment. It is essential to have proper and professional regard for the ethos, policies and practices of the college and recognise and respect the role and contribution of other professionals, parents and carers by liaising effectively and working in partnership with them. The successful candidate may be required to work at any one of our 3 campuses.
