TEACHING ASSISTANT 30 hours per week, Term Time plus 5 INSETS 

Required as soon as possible, we are seeking to recruit one additional Teaching Assistant to join a caring, supportive and responsive team which meet the needs of students with additional or challenging needs. Successful candidates will provide in class support or intimate care for our students. Candidates must have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or equivalent, which means good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.

The ideal Candidate will:-

  • love encouraging, motivating and inspiring young people through the support they give; 
  • be committed to our ethos that all students can achieve at Horbury Academy; 
  • have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
