Swaffield is a happy and successful school, committed to its staff and pupils. We need to expand our team of support staff and are looking for the right person/s to work alongside teachers and other support staff in Key Stages 1 & 2.These post/s will be subject to a six months probationary period and may include lunchtime supervision/activities.
Salary: £14,085 - £14,390 per annum
Hours: 32.5 hours per week excluding breaks (8.30am to 3.30pm Daily) Term time only (39 weeks)
Start Date: Required for April 2017 (some posts may be available sooner, according to availability and will be discussed at interview).
Minimum qualification of Level 2 in Childcare (or similar) is essential together with GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). You need enthusiasm, energy and good communication skills. You also need to be flexible, patient, caring and confident with children. Previous experience is essential.
This will be a class based post, working with groups of children or one to one.
