FULL-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANT (MATERNITY COVER)
Pinewood School is set in 84 acres of rolling countryside on the border between Wiltshire and Oxfordshire and offers a quality, family-based, co-educational day and boarding environment for over 400 children aged 3-13.
The School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant from 30th October 2019 to work within the Lower School, offering support to pupils in Years 3 & 4. This is a Maternity Cover position which is expected to last until 3rd July 2020.
Experience of working within a primary education setting (either employed or as a volunteer) is required.
A foundation degree in Education or a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification would be an advantage.
Hours to be worked during term-time:
8am – 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
8am – 4pm Wednesday
Attendance will also be required at Staff Inset Training Days and at occasional out of hours school events.
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications
