Sydenham School are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will assist the Inclusion Team in addressing the needs of our students to overcome barriers to learning and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
You will be working in our Inclusion Faculty and across the school under the guidance of teaching staff and our SENCO. You will provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to make sustained or improved progress.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students at Sydenham School.
