Working as part of The GORSE Academies Trust, Elliott Hudson College will ensure that students receive an outstanding education that focuses on aspiration, high expectations and personalisation. Together these non-negotiable values will instil in young people a self-belief that enables them to access the highest standard of higher educational provision and employment.

Through this approach Elliott Hudson College will be a catalyst for social change, transforming opportunities for the young people in the communities it serves. We are determined to ensure that poverty and deprivation should in no way limit either the quality of a young person's educational experience or the levels of achievement to which those students are able to rise.

We are seeking to appoint 3 well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspirational Heads of Alliance to join Elliott Hudson College in September 2016; these key people are critical in our mission to become a truly outstanding establishment. These are very important appointments in the College's development and the successful candidates, in partnership with the Vice Principal and Assistant Principals, will oversee significant aspects of our pastoral work. The successful candidates will be able to inspire and motivate young people and demonstrate passion, integrity and a strong record of effective practice. Our standards and expectations are high and we expect our Heads of Alliance to lead our continuing drive for excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is keen to be at the centre of our organisational change. The last few years have been exceptional for The GORSE Academies Trust with both The Morley Academy and The Farnley Academy rated as Outstanding in all categories in their inspections; we are determined to see Elliott Hudson College achieve the same.

Elliott Hudson College is a 16-19, co-educational academy which opened in 2015 with an initial cohort of 420 Year 12 students and which will grow eventually to a maximum cohort of 1000 Year 12 and 13 'A' Level students.
