We are looking for a Teaching School Hub Administrator & Programme Coordinator to provide a range of administrative, technical and practical services to support the effective and efficient running of the Teaching Hub.


Specific Duties:


Act as first point of contact for the Teaching School Hub and general enquiries across the portfolio of services to partners

Monitor all communications with partners escalating to appropriate team members

Provide administrative support in to the TSH Leadership Team

Provide administrative support in building partner networks across the TSH geographical area

In partnership with Leadership team develop systems to support programme delivery

Manage the collation of all data associated with the TSH programme delivery to inform completion of KPIs

Ensure data related to programme delivery is effectively administered and kept up to date

To work with the TSH Leadership Team to promote and communicate the TSH activities, including organising programme launches, direct marketing and using social media channels in collaboration with the United Learning Digital Communications team


To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work as a team and have outstanding communication and customer service skills. You will need to be pro-active, organised, enthusiastic and able to use your initiative. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is essential. A commitment to get the job done is essential. Full training will be given.


You’ll need to be passionate about working with children as we’re also looking for someone to play an active part in the school.
