Job overview

We are looking to appoint highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic teaching staff to join our growing team. If you have high expectations and the ability to inspire our students to reach their full potential, we welcome your application. Qualified staff, unqualified staff (with teaching experience), and ECF teachers are welcome to apply.

We are a trauma-informed school with an attached alternative provision specialising in bespoke academic support through 1:1 and very small group mental health/ trauma/ SEN services and interventions. It is essential that candidates have experience and confidence in behaviour management due to the nature of our setting. 


The successful applicants should:

- Be able to work within a team to create and implement bespoke learning pathways for our students aligning with our school Curriculum

- Be able to deliver high quality teaching

- Have exceptional behaviour management skills

- Be flexible in all aspects of teaching and learning and pastoral/ behaviour

- Be organised and able to delegate to assistant staff as appropriate

- Have experience and an understanding of the needs of children with SEN, and a willingness to adapt as necessary and provide an individualised experience for every single child

- Adhere to the ethos of our school
