Team Leader - Construction

We are welcoming applications for a Team Leader in Construction. The role will include you to deliver specifically within the Carpentry & Joinery curriculum area. Therefore the role will include Carpentry & Joinery teaching hours. This role is full time and on a permanent basis.

As Team Leader you must deliver excellent and inclusive teaching and learning in the classroom, so that learners are inspired to succeed and progress. You will be expected to contribute to curriculum development including reviewing and evaluation of the relevant programmes. You will monitor performance on courses in area of responsibility and instigate action plans as appropriate and develop strategies for maximising success rates and, where appropriate, value added.

You must have a Level 3 trade qualification in Construction or in a related subject area, you must have at least 2 years of successful teaching experience in this area or related courses and hold a full teaching qualification or professional recognition in learning and skills.
