Values and vision

Castle Manor Academy’s vision is to improve the life chances of all its students whatever their backgrounds, skills, and capabilities. It aims to secure, in a safe and caring environment, the highest possible standards of achievement and attainment for each of its students.

It wishes to, through the education it provides, enable its students to become responsible, independent members of society. The school firmly believes that a love of learning should be nurtured from a very young age and that the traditional phases of education should be integrated to secure continuity, progression, and high standards. The school also intends to work within the wider community to maximise opportunities for all its students.

Ofsted

“The new headteacher has quickly evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the school and this has informed clear, coherent development planning focused on rapid improvement… The support of the new academy trust is having a positive impact on the school’s provision. Pupils conduct themselves well around the school and develop positive and constructive attitudes to their own learning.”
