REQUIRED - Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant - Kirklees - Vision for Education

We are urgently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with EYFS and KS1 children with SEND.

 All children have additional learning needs and difficulties. As such we are seeking a practitioner with knowledge of the EYFS and experiential curriculum, and the ability to work at a fast pace with lively and active groups of children! 

Team Teach training and confidence to utilise this is essential (Vision will offer FREE training) 

We are looking for somebody who will fit in well and complement the existing, well established team. 

The classes in this setting are small, with a high ratio of adults to students to ensure appropriate care and support. This role will be split across two classes and is likely to be required until the end of the academic year. 

 We also require candidates with the knowledge and experience to effectively support students with SEND including, but not limited to: VI, MLD, Downs Syndrome, SEMH, personalising learning and meeting needs. 

The ability to assist with personal care and general class duties is also vital.
