This is an exciting opportunity to join our exceptional Art Department. We are looking for a suitably qualified person to support the UAL Foundation Art Diploma. This highly successful full time art course is in its eighth year and growing. We also offer a range of A Level Art disciplines from Fine Art to Graphics, Textiles, Photography, Moving Image and Product Design.

You will be an art practitioner who is self-motivated and understands the nature of busy art studios. You will have experience of displaying work and be confident to work with both 2D and 3D materials and equipment. You will have competent IT skills and knowledge of Word and Excel as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate must be hard-working, enthusiastic, patient, flexible and willing to learn. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and also as part of the larger team.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year).

Barton Peveril Sixth Form College situated in Eastleigh, Hampshire is one of the largest (over 4,700 students in 2022) and most successful sixth form colleges in the country.
