Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres.

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, professional that is well-organised and highly motivated. Working as part of the Information and Communication Technology Team and reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will provide broad range of quality ICT system support to our school network. The majority of support will be provided in Pambula in partnership with existing teams and ICT technical resources.

Essential Criteria

  • Good customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and work with a diverse customer base
  • Work as part of a team with a high attention to detail and an ability to meet agreed service delivery timeframes
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) with an ability to translate and communicate technical information into a simple and straightforward manner
  • Ability to think critically and contribute to resolve technical issues
  • Experience with root cause analysis, application administration, server administration, back up management, storage management and disaster recovery
  • Experience with but not limited to; IDM, SCCM, MS Exchange, MS Teams, hypervisor’s including VMWare and Nutanix AHV. Active Directory. Azure AD. Windows Server 2016 and newer
  • Must demonstrate an ability to lead a junior, by providing support in their development.
