About Denla British School, Bangkok

Denla British School aims to nurture and develop great global leaders by developing knowledge, values and skills through our 5 pillars:

  • An enhanced British curriculum
  • Academic excellence for all
  • Entrepreneurship and creative thinking
  • Thai values in a global context
  • Wellbeing and sustainability

The School is currently enrolling students aged 2 – 17 (Pre-Nursery to Year 12) and this year is our first year of Year 13.

Our vision is “to nurture and develop great global leaders” and to provide an inspiring and caring environment in which students develop a lifelong passion for learning and fulfill their unique potential. Our DBS curriculum emphasises the development of knowledge, values and skills and is grounded in the National Curriculum for England whilst also incorporating the best elements of a variety of international curricula. It is enhanced by an extended school day and our holistic vision for learning. We emphasise the importance of academic rigour, whilst also recognising that learning is not the sole domain of the classroom. Our co-curricular programme of activities is therefore central to each student’s learning journey at DBS. During a regular day at school, for instance, students might find themselves calculating mathematical equations, practising a musical piece by Chopin, and participating in a debating competition. We believe that our enhanced curriculum will cultivate increased engagement, motivation, and enjoyment for students.

Our school campus is spread across 18 acres, complete with contemporary, state of the art buildings which includes a swimming pool, 3 sports halls, football pitch and athletics track, 600 seat auditorium, black box theatre, climbing wall, golf simulator fitness suite and much more! Students of all ages will benefit from an array of purpose-built, premium facilities that support our holistic educational vision.
