Job overview

We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and talented Design and Technology Technician to our Academy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within excellent facilities and with up-to-date resources. 

The successful applicant will work under the guidance of senior staff, providing specialist support in the Art & Design and Technology department including preparation and maintenance of resources and support to staff and students. 

Halewood Academy is a successful 11-16 school and is part of the Wade Deacon Trust. It was judged to be a good school in May 2017 by Ofsted. The successful candidate will be pivotal in our journey to outstanding.

Halewood Academy is a co-educational, non-denominational, non-selective secondary school for children aged 11-16. It is situated in Knowsley, Merseyside, and has 1080 pupils on its roll. Halewood Academy joined the Wade Deacon Trust in February 2017.
