About the Location:

Our client school is located in the Southern Tablelands area of New South Wales. It is a regional city positioned on the Hume Highway about 200 kilometres (124 miles) West of Sydney. It is also 90 kilometres (55 miles) north-east of Canberra. The railhead is on the Main Southern line, a service centre for the surrounding pastoral industry, and also stopover for those travelling on the Hume Highway. It has a central park and many historic buildings. It has a subtropical highland climate with warm summers and cold winters, and a high diurnal temperature variation. The location offers a medical clinic and a range of government and private schools. 

About You:

In order to be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

• Previous experience teaching Technology and Applied Sciences (TAS) will be highly regarded
• Be eligible to work in Australia (must have a visa)
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the New South Wales Education Standards Authority
• Be registered or be eligible for the New South Wales Working With Children Check registration 
• Be willing to contribute to co-curricular life and the school community
• Must be respectful of the school values and ethos
• Possess and provide appropriate professional reference details
