We are seeking a Technology teacher commencing late January 2023.


Our Technology Department currently offers: Mechanical Engineering, Building and Construction We are seeking Technology Teacher to join our innovative and future focused department. Experience in Hard material subjects like Woodworking, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or experience in Industrial Design, Architecture or visual effects / animation would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates that are creative and able to work in multiple mediums within our department.


Westlake Boys High School is a highly regarded and well-resourced boy’s school situated on the North Shore. With an approximate roll of 2500 students, Westlake has a record for outstanding academic, performing arts and sporting results. We seek an innovative educator with a passion for boys’ education with the ability to inspire, motivate and enhance teaching and learning for our students. You will be expected to teach from year 9 to year 13 students.


You will be well supported in your transition to not only the New Zealand Curriculum and Education system but to Auckland and what we have to offer.
