TEMPORARY INCLUSIVE LEARNING SERVICES TUTOR - LECTURER IN MULTI SKILLS CONSTRUCTION
Salary: £29,088 to £33,693
Hours: 32 per week
(Temporary initially for 1 month)
We require a multi-skilled trade operative to teach students Entry Level/Foundation level Construction within the bridge builder program to those who have High Needs / EHCPs.
To prepare and carry out teaching duties which meet the requirements of the course syllabus, teaching programme, lesson objectives and assessment procedures for the classes allocated in the timetable.
To work flexibly using a range of teaching strategies responding to individual high learning needs / students with High Needs / SEMH / EHCPs.
To prepare and administer assessment material relevant to the course / curriculum / Assist in devising suitable teaching schemes and lesson plans.
Co - chair daily bridge builder meeting as required and deploy Bridge Builder Support Staff (day to day co-ordinating within the lesson) Classroom /Behavioural / Support Strategies
To maintain all class records, including notification of absence.
To participate in the monitoring, review and evaluation of courses as within the programme area in line with the College quality procedures.
To participate in marketing activities of the College as required.
To observe and ensure observation of safety regulations.
