 We are looking to appoint an ambitious, hardworking and talented Teacher of PSHE and Geography. This role will provide a first-rate opportunity to demonstrate your ability to make a measurable impact on the success of the school and bring an innovative approach to a popular subject.

The successful candidate will display a passion for the subject and be able to foster an enjoyment of PSHE and Geography within their lessons. You will be a committed, strong and enthusiastic individual who displays outstanding teaching and can ensure that all students make excellent progress. You will display a mix of creativity, innovation, and be able to inspire and motivate students.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning and ensuring high standards and achievements.

This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for teaching PSHE and Geography with evidence of enabling students to surpass expectations. Experience in teaching PSHE and Geography to key stages 3-4 with a good curriculum knowledge and understanding of GCSE requirements is essential.

Norton Canes High School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary with sixth form in Staffordshire. As of the most recent inspection there were 494 students on the school roll, of which 49 were enrolled in 16-19 study programmes.
